My name is Max and I am NOT a professional photographer, just an amateur. Photography for me is just a hobby, something I like to practice in my free time, taking thousands of pictures, always chasing the perfect light, to improve my technique day by day.

I love landscape and nature photography, exploring everything from wide panoramas to intimate macro details or the urban geometry of different cities, but my real passion is B&W since I do believe that monochromatic pictures can deliver the deepest emotions in the observers. Sometimes, though, I like to break this rule using selective color techniques to separate water from the surrounding environment.

I started to explore also infrared and underwater photography when I started diving. I decided to create a website to share what I think are decent pictures and hope you will like some of them, it won’t change my life if you don’t.

Mi chiamo Max e NON sono un fotografo professionista, solo un dilettante. La fotografia per me è solo un hobby, qualcosa che mi piace praticare nel tempo libero, scattando migliaia di foto, sempre alla ricerca della luce perfetta, per migliorare giorno dopo giorno la mia tecnica.

Amo la fotografia paesaggistica e naturalistica, esplorando ogni cosa dai panorami più ampi agli intimi dettagli macro così come l’affascinante geometria urbana, ma la mia vera passione è il bianco e nero poiché credo che le immagini monocromatiche possano trasmettere le emozioni più profonde negli osservatori. A volte mi piace rompere questa regola usando tecniche di colore selettivo per isolare l’acqua nel suo stato naturale.

Ho iniziato recentemente ad esplorare anche la fotografia a infrarossi e quella subacquea da quando ho iniziato ad immergermi. Ho deciso di creare un sito web per condividere quelle che penso siano foto decenti e spero che ne apprezziate almeno qualcuna, ma non mi cambierà la vita se non vi dovessero piacere.
